When I said cannabis infused honey was versatile I did not have this in mind, but bless up for the divine stoner idea that is this Medicated Cinnamon Caramel Maple Syrup. Measurements are approximate and for a super small batch because TBH I was just trying to make some fancy gluten-free pancakes and not expecting this to be delicious, but trust me when I say you need this in your life.
Combine 3 Tbsp grass-fed butter + 3 Tbsp cannabis infused honey + cinnamon to your liking over low heat, bringing to a simmer. Simmer time depends on the thickness of the syrup you’re going for, I let it go ~3 minutes once it got rolling.
Remove [cooking] pot from heat, slowly mix in milk/mylk/cream to liking (a heavier fat content will require less to achieve a creamy smooth caramel consistency, less fat will create a richer caramel).
Return [cooking] pot to the heat source for another minute, and then mixed in ~1/4c maple syrup to keep it pourable.
